Hey there! I'm a product and website designer, and I’m all about using design to make a impact. I'm currently based in Wellington, New Zealand, and I hold a master's degree from Victoria University of Wellington.
Most recently, I have my internship at Ministry of Justice in New Zealand for 4 month of experience. I played a big role assisting in scaling the product team and processes. My team and I was in charge of the product and digital design there, working on everything from the design system to marketing kits, special features, and revamped their main platform system and website up to trend. Collaborated with a team to revamp Ministry of Justice web pages, focusing on restructuring divorcee's page categories and ensured adherence to brand guidelines and conducted design audits for quality control.
We conducted A/B testing with public and teams to validate design decisions and improve user experience. We also guided staff in understanding design workflows and user centred problem-solving strategies. Our team support the redesign of SaaS products, websites, and mobile platforms, improving user engagement and satisfaction and make improved the end-to-end design process, creating illustrations, logos, layouts, and mock-ups to share with the stakeholder.
Over the years, I've worked on freelance projects in multiple industry such as legal tooling, non-profits, retirement villages, retail, bakery, and education.
